Any natural or legal person visiting the Max website or mobile application, or initiating the account opening process with Max, comes under the purview of this Privacy Policy. Max at all times adheres to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules framed by SEBI and Depository Authorities.

To complete regulatory KYC under SEBI guidelines and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, Max collects necessary identity information including Name, PAN, Bank Details, Contact Information, and Address Proofs.
All data is collected solely for investor verification, account servicing, regulatory reporting, and compliance audit purposes. We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party.
3. Aadhaar User Consent & DigiLocker Policy
Providing Aadhaar for online onboarding is completely voluntary. Clients may choose alternative offline physical documentation if preferred.
Max does not store raw Aadhaar biometric or card data. Data fetched via DigiLocker (MeitY, Government of India) or UIDAI is limited to verified demographic details strictly for electronic KYC compliance.
4. Non-Personal Information & Cookie Usage
We may collect non-personal analytics data such as browser type, operating system, and pages visited to optimize website accessibility and performance. Cookies are used to store preferences without recording sensitive personal credentials.
